SHIPPING & HANDLING: Our flat rate shipping applies to the USA and Canada only at this time. We ship by USPS First Class. Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $2.99 USA-$7.98 Canada per order. This does not include insurance or tracking. If you would like either of these please choose that on the Payments option page. If you are placing a Canadian order be sure to choose the Canadian shipping option in the cart.

SHIP TIME: Your item(s) will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please allow 5-8 days for delivery for US orders. Canadian orders can take 1-2 weeks depending on customs, during Holiday Peak it can take up to four weeks.

PAYMENTS: We accept paypal, credit cards, and debit cards.

RETURNS: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please return item within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging. Buyer will be refunded cost of item(s) minus shipping. Refund within 14 days will be original form of payment. After 14 days refund will be merchandise credit to our website.

Our clothing fits many doll brands such as, American Girl, Madame Alexander, Our Generation, Journey Girls and Springfield Dolls. Please note that all dolls have some slight differences and not all clothing will fit the same on all dolls.
